Challenge
During COVID-19, the fleet vehicle landscape changed drastically. From production downtime, worker shortages, cost increases, and supply chain issues the client needed to reimagine the role of their B2B communications with an audience under immense pressure.
Strategy
The strategy was to move past the old way of communicating when product positioning was prioritized and to shine the light on what consumer benefits the clients had available; their services and great people. We launched a new advertising campaign focusing on making a connection.
